This hand forged Viking Belt Axe is patterned after the ultimate utility axes used by the vikings of old. The blade is made of high carbon steel and has been oil tempered and hardened for durability. Our hardening process matches durability with precision so that the steel blade edge is easy enough to sharpen but strong enough to hold an edge for long periods of time.
